Your legal matters are important to us. The Maye Law Group can help you achieve the best possible outcome, while also striving to minimize your costs whenever and wherever possible. In criminal cases, specifically, we believe that fighting your case is your RIGHT and you should not take a plea just to avoid an additional cost. That is why we employ a flat fee that INCLUDES trial. When you know and can manage your costs upfront, you can manage your expectations and plan how to best defend yourself.

Many civil matters unfortunately require hourly work, and so we cannot always provide a flat fee in those cases. But we nevertheless are ALWAYS willing to provide you with a payment plan that best fits your individual needs. Just ask, and we will work with you.
